The standard rate for all billing hours provided by Organizer Four's consultants is $30.00 per hour. However, there are discount rates available, as detailed below, for those who qualify.
In general, the standard services include the following for space organizing; see below for technical writing estimates.

- Free telephone consultation, up to 30 minutes.
- Two-hour initial consultation, $60.00, includes an interview and inspection of the current space. This includes a preliminary action plan and a written estimate of additional recommended services.
- Additional time, including telephone consultation and travel time if outside the local area, will be billed at $30.00 per hour.
- Large jobs: If this is a large job (requiring significant on-site hours), a lower hourly rate can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Discount Rates Available:
Non-profit organizations: 20% discount
College students: 10% discount
Teachers: 10% discount for classrooms/home offices only
Homeschooling famililes: 10% discount
Women Inspire members: 20% discount

Technical writing services are billed at the hourly rate of $30.00; 20% discount for non-profit organizations.
Because each writing assignment is unique, price will be negotiated at the time of assignment.
If travel is required, travel time may be billed, also.

Organizer Four's consultants are based in Bloomington, Indiana.
If travel outside of the local area is required, travel time, hotel, and other expenses will be negotiated at the time of hire.
